Breathing Muslin Crib Sheets - How To Make A Breathing Muslin Cib Sheet
Cut out the pattern pieces
Once you've chosen your fabric, cut out the pattern pieces using the template provided. You'll need two pieces of fabric for each piece. If you're making more than one set, make sure to use different fabrics for each set. Normally use the muslin fabric is the good choice for the crib sheets!
Sew together the pattern pieces
Place the right sides of the fabric together and sew along the edges. Turn the fabric inside out so that the raw edge is now on the outside. Press the seam allowances open. Cut off any excess fabric at the corners. This step may need much more time to finish the pattern pieces.
Turn under 1/2" at each corner and press
Fold the corners down toward the center and press again. Repeat until you reach the desired length.
Fold over the raw edges and stitch down the seam
You'll need two pieces of fabric measuring approximately 12" x 18". Cut one piece into four equal sections (two squares and two rectangles). Sew together the two squares along the diagonal line. Then sew the two rectangles together along the top edge. Press the seams open. Stitch the remaining raw edges closed. Turn right side out and insert the pillow form. Hand wash in cold water using mild detergent. Hang dry. Then come out the nice crib sheet just like below picture show.
